1. Eligibility for Returns

Return Timeframe

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags included

Non-Returnable Items

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at support@shopzaa.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return instructions.
3. Securely package your item and include the RMA number inside the package.
4. Ship the item to the provided return address within 14 days of receiving the RMA.

3. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
